Terms and conditions of entry.
The Promoter is Terrace Goods.
Competition start date: 9th July 2025
1) This competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.2) There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.3) By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.4) The route to entry for the competition is via the nominated post on our Instagram account (@terrace.au).5) A maximum of ten (10) entries will be accepted per person, including bonus entries. With a bonus one (1) entry possible through adding one (1) song to the Terrace Goods playlist on Spotify, and a bonus five (5) entries possible through sharing the post to their own Instagram Story and tagging @terrace.au.6) The closing time and date for an entry will be at 6:00pm (AEST) on 13th July 2025. After this time has elapsed, no further entries to the competition will be accepted.7) No responsibility will be accepted for entries not received for any reason out of our control.8) The rules of this competition and how to enter are as follows: On the allocated post on our Instagram, tag one (1) friend and follow our account (@terrace.au). The tagged accounts must be genuine people, and not other businesses, celebrities and so on. A bonus one (1) entry will be granted if the entrant adds one (1) song by an Australian artist to the Terrace Goods playlist on Spotify, and a bonus five (5) entries will be granted if the entrant shares the allocated post to their personal Instagram story and tags our Instagram account (@terrace.au). 9) The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter. 10) The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to the entrant by any third party connected with this competition. 11) The prize is as follows: one (1) winner will receive two (2) Terrace Goods Original Tees in different colours of their choice, and one (1) Terrace Goods Kevin Cap of their choice. The prize is as stated and must be accepted as awarded. If a size exchange is required, the promoter will arrange this with the winner. 12) The winner will be chosen at random via software, from all entries received and verified by the Promoter.13) The winner will be notified by being tagged on the original post in the comment section, the caption (via an edit), and by direct message shortly after closure of the competition. The winner has 96 hours to claim the prize.14) The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.15) The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party. Terrace Goods will store and process personal data only for the purpose of administering the competition. 16) These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.17) The winner’s name will be available for twenty-eight (28) days after the closing date by contacting the following email address: josh@terracegoods.au18) Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.19) This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, X, or any other Social Network.
