SHIPPING

Local orders will be personally delivered for free.

At this stage, we only offer shipping within Australia.

All orders are dispatched from Ocean Grove via Australia Post’s Standard Shipping with tracking provided.

An $11 flat rate shipping fee applies to all orders.

Delivery times from VIC Country can be found via Australia Post.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

We have a 30-day return/exchange/refund policy, which means returns/exchanges/refunds are only accepted on items in their original condition within 30 days of receiving your order.

For an item to be eligible for return/exchange/refund, it must be in original, unworn or unused condition with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.

Shipment of the product(s) back to our address will be at the cost of the customer, or local customers can drop off for free.

We recommend using a parcel service with tracking, as we are not liable for returns that do not make it back to us.

A product can be returned/exchanged/refunded if you believe the product is damaged or faulty. We will inspect the product(s) upon arrival to approve or decline your exchange/return request. Please allow up to 5 business days from arrival at our location for your request to be processed.

-              If your request is approved, we will process the request. In the case of an exchange, the postage back to the customer with the new product is free of charge.

-              If your request is declined, the product(s) will be shipped back to the customer (free of charge).

We offer exchanges on size changes, however not on change of mind.
